1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of kiwi pouch (this website) and any purchases you make. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
2. The seller
Products on this site are sold and shipped by Nordicfulfillment Group AB (VAT SE559458235401), registered at Mariestadsvägen 98, 54938 Skövde, Sweden. Kiwi Pouch is the brand name under which Nordicfulfillment Group AB markets its product range to customers in New Zealand.
3. Personal importation
Orders shipped to New Zealand are delivered under the customer's personal importation allowance. You are responsible for confirming that your order is within the limits permitted for personal use and for any duties, GST, or other charges that may apply on arrival. As a customer you are responsible for finding out what applies to the import of nicotine pouches in the country you are ordering to.
4. Age restriction
You must be 18 years or older to view this site and place an order. Products sold here contain nicotine, a highly addictive substance. We may request additional age verification at any stage.
5. Orders & pricing
Prices are shown in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and are exclusive of any duties, taxes, or customs charges payable on arrival. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation.
6. Delivery & risk
Title and risk in goods pass to you on dispatch from our warehouse. Estimated delivery times are indicative only and may vary depending on destination, customs procedures, and carrier operations. See our Shipping page for details.
7. Customs & duties
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, GST, excise taxes, or other import fees. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Nordicfulfillment Group AB accepts no responsibility for customs-related delays or seizures.
8. Returns & refunds
Sealed health products are not returnable once opened. Faulty, incorrect, or damaged items are eligible for replacement or refund — see our Refunds page. Claims for lost or damaged packages must be filed within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Nordicfulfillment Group AB's aggregate liability arising out of any order is limited to the price paid by the customer for that order.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Nothing in these terms limits any non-excludable statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.
