Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. Once dispatched you receive tracking via email.

Delivery to New Zealand

Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sweden via international tracked services. Estimated transit time to New Zealand is 7–14 business days depending on carrier and customs processing.

Shipping costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected shipping method. Free shipping applies to NZ orders over $80 NZD.

Customs & duties

Lost or damaged parcels
