How we verify

• Site entry: a self-declaration gate on first visit. Your confirmation is stored as a cookie so you don't see the gate every visit.
• Checkout: we may require additional verification including name, date of birth, or proof of identity if your order triggers our risk checks.
• Delivery: for orders flagged by the carrier, the parcel may require signature by an adult on delivery.

If verification fails

Orders that fail age verification at any stage will be cancelled and refunded to the original payment method. We may decline to fulfil future orders from the same customer.

Identity-document handling

Personal importation

Orders to New Zealand are delivered under the customer's personal importation allowance. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their order complies with the personal-import limits applicable in their country.
