1. Who we are
The data controller for personal information collected through this site is Nordicfulfillment Group AB, VAT SE559458235401, Mariestadsvägen 98, 54938 Skövde, Sweden.

- Order information: name, delivery address, email, phone
- Payment information: processed by our payment provider; we do not store card details
- Account information (if you create one): login email and order history
- Browsing data: pages visited, device type, IP-derived location
- Cookies: see the cookie banner on first visit for opt-out controls
3. How we use it
- Process and ship your orders
- Reply to customer-service enquiries
- Provide order tracking and notifications
- Comply with legal and tax obligations
- Improve the site and product range (aggregate analytics)
4. Who we share it with
We share the minimum personal information required with:
- Payment processors (Nopayn, Nets, or equivalent) to handle the transaction
- Carriers (PostNord, UPS, DHL, FedEx, NZ Post) to deliver your order
- Customs authorities where required for international shipping
- Service providers operating our infrastructure under written processor agreements
We do not sell personal information to third parties.
5. International transfers
Nordicfulfillment Group AB is established in Sweden (EU). Where personal information is transferred outside the EU or to New Zealand customers, we rely on appropriate safeguards including the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU adequacy decision for New Zealand.
6. Retention
We keep order records for the period required by Swedish accounting and tax law (currently 7 years). Browsing and analytics data is retained for shorter periods. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete it.
7. Your rights
Under the EU GDPR and the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 you have the right to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to processing of your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, contact [email protected].

We use industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including TLS encryption for all site traffic. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
