Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the estimated delivery date with your order number and photos. We'll replace, refund, or credit at our discretion.
Lost parcels
Claims for lost packages must be filed within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We'll investigate with the carrier and either replace the order or refund it once the loss is confirmed.
Change of mind
Sealed health products are not returnable once opened, for hygiene and product-integrity reasons. Unopened, unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund less return shipping. Contact us before sending anything back.
Products seized by customs
Orders to New Zealand are delivered under the customer's personal importation allowance. Customers are responsible for ensuring their order is within the limits permitted for personal use.Nordicfulfillment Group AB cannot refund orders that exceed personal-import limits or are otherwise seized in transit.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of confirmation. Bank processing times may add a further 2–5 business days before the funds appear on your statement.
