Ordering from Kiwi Pouch: shipping, tracking and customs explained
Here is exactly what happens after you hit “place order”, so you know what to expect and when.
Dispatch and delivery times
Orders are picked and dispatched from our warehouse within one business day. From there, delivery to New Zealand depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout:
- UPS Express: roughly 4–7 business days
- UPS Saver: roughly 5–9 business days
- Tracked post: roughly 7–14 business days
Every parcel is tracked door to door, and you receive the tracking link by email as soon as it is on the move.
Personal importation and customs
Your order is delivered under New Zealand’s personal importation rules — you are importing the product for your own use. Depending on order value, NZ Customs may collect GST or other charges on arrival; these are the customer’s responsibility. Most personal-use orders arrive without extra charges, but keep your order to personal quantities.
Discreet packaging
Parcels ship in plain, unbranded packaging. Nothing on the outside indicates what is inside.
Free shipping over $80
Orders over $80 NZD ship free. Combined with carton pricing — up to 15% off when you buy 10 or 30 cans of the same product — stocking up is by far the cheapest way to order.
